How do I submit my order?

We take most orders by email.  Usually clients call us first and then they put in an official order by email attaching all relevant images and logos for us to do up the artwork.

I am not from Brisbane, can I order?

You definately can place an order with us.  Our customers are in all States.  We will be in contact with you soon after we receive your order to go over the details of your job.

How to pay by Credit Card using Paypal?

Paypal is safe and secure and one of the most widely used payment gateway on the Internet.  We will send a Paypal Invoice if you request to pay using credit card.

What other Payment options?

We personally prefer customers to pay by Internet Bank Transfer or Direct Bank Deposit into our account at any ANZ Bank.  You can also pay by Company Cheques or Money Orders.  Cheques to pay to: Bling Imaging or Anzo Pty Ltd and mailed to: PO Box 743 Mt Ommaney QLD 4074.

When can I expect my order to be completed?

We print once you have approved the artwork and your payment has cleared.  It will be 2 days after printing before we despatch so as to allow the prints to dry completely.  Delivery by Aust Post is 1 to 2 days within QLD, 2 to 3 days to NSW, ACT and VIC, 3 to 5 days for SA, NT and TAS and up to 7 business days for WA. We also deliver using Fastway Couriers to Metro areas.

I don't have an artwork, what do I do?

We provide basic Free Artwork for our customers but all logos and images must be emailed to us.  We do not design logos and fancy artwork as we are printers and not graphic designers.

How to submit my own artwork?

How much do you charge for designing artwork?

Should your requirements for artwork exceed the conditions of free artwork, we charge $40 an hour for Graphic Design.

Delivery

How are orders delivered?

Orders are despatched using either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.

How much should I expect to pay for delivery?

For small packages like Stickers, the flat rate to all States is $10 by Express Post. Flat packs like Property Signs and Corflute Signs will be approx $12 to $15 by Registered Post to all States.  Bulky items will be delivered by Courier and will cost around $20 to $30.  It depends on the weight and we will gve you the delivery price when we receive the order.

Please Note: We do not profit from Delivery Charges and our customers pay exactly the amount of the delivery and with bigger items, we subsidise the costs
